- HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Submitting other people’s Personal Information.
When you submit the Personal Information of your customers or employees to us, you bear the responsibility of informing such customers and employees about Preciseby, and for obtaining any necessary consent or authority from them, including informing them that Preciseby operates globally and utilizes various service providers.
When you choose to refer someone to our website or through our referral programs, we may ask for that person’s name and contact information, including email address. Upon receiving that email address, we will send a single invitation. Please ensure that you only submit email addresses of individuals or businesses with whom you have a relationship and who would want to receive the message.
Closing your Preciseby Account
At any time and without penalty, you can close your Preciseby account and terminate our Services to you. Ensure that you complete the account closure process which includes a confirmation email. Much to your dismay, you may discover that your account was not closed.
Email and Communications Consent
The only way to completely stop all emails from Preciseby is to close your account as outlined above.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than six (6) months past the termination of the user’s account, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

- CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Visiting the Preciseby through the website or the Mobile App
Generally, you can visit our website without disclosing to us who you are or submitting any Personal Information. However, we and/or our service providers (Google Analytics) collect IP (Internet protocol) addresses from all the visitors to the Preciseby website. We also gather other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system, and average time spent on our website. When you use our mobile app, we also collect device type, operating system, unique device identifier, and date and time stamp. This information helps us to monitor, improve, and to understand the activities on our mobile app and the website.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights
We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.
